The Placement Cell of St. Stephen's College is a student run society which handles all aspects of campus placement in the college. The cell has seen exceptional success in the last academic year. The placement season of 2010-11 saw over 25 companies visiting campus. The highest pay offered was INR 36 Lacs p.a, the average pay package offered was INR 6.1 Lacs p.a . Also, the percentage of students accepting these job offers has risen over the past two years making the college a preferred destination for top recruiters from around the country.
